Verify Your Voter Registration Online

When you move into or within Denver County you need to re-register to vote at your new address.  Sometimes the process which involves the Denver Elections Division and the Secretary of State can take some time to complete.  Unfortunately, there are times when voters are not officially registered at the address they think they are when election day comes around.

As you might imagine, this results in confusion on Election Day including names not appearing on voter lists at polling stations, voters being sent around town looking for the correct polling station, mail-in ballots being sent to the wrong address and voters having to resort to voting with a provisonal ballot.

You can prevent these problems by confirming your voter registration status online.  It takes only seconds!  The system will also provide you with your party affiliation, precinct (last 3 digits of the long number provided), house district, senate district and other useful information.

To verify that you are registered at your current address you can check your eligibility with the Colorado Secretary of State using the link below. To protect your identity you will need to enter your name, date of birth and zip code to access your registration information.

Note that you need tp provide your complete first and last name exactly as they were registered.
