Volunteer Event Committee Meeting

November 7th is the Democratic Party of Denver's annual FDR/JFK Awards Dinner, one of our biggest fundraisers this year, and we are assembling our Event Team now.  Please join us for a meeting THURSDAY, AUGUST 27, 7:00 PM at our Headquarters, 574 S. Broadway, learn about the event, and sign up!  We hope you can come! 

Teams to assemble:
  • Raffle Prize Procurement (approach individuals/sole proprietors for in-kind donations - no corporate donations are allowed)
  • Event Branding / Graphic Design (invitations, decorations, program)
  • Event Marketing (online, print and word-of-mouth promotion, media outreach - the more creative the better!)
  • Ticket Sales (of both raffle, event and ultimately VIP tickets)
  • Printed Program Ad Sales
  • Stage/Program (entertainment, speakers, VIP recognition, etc.)
  • On site volunteers (set up, check-in, clean up)
