Location:
WINDSOR GARDENS CENTERPOINT BUILDING 597 S. Clinton St
WINDSOR GARDENS DEMOCRATIC CLUB & HD6B MEETING
TUESDAY, APRIL 27    6:00 P.M. TO 8:00 P.M.

PANEL DISCUSSION TO EXPLORE ONGOING CONCERNS
RE: THE LOWRY VISTA PROJECT

The panel is made up of people with dissimilar proficiencies as well as different viewpoints. There will be a limited time for questions.

THE PANEL
Chuck Woodard of the Lowry Foundation Board
Deidre Oss, AICP I, Senior planner with the Denver Community Planning & Development and Implementation.
Marcus Pachner, Public Relations for IRG, the Lowry Vista Project
Charles Gatto,  Member of the W.G. Board and the group who rescinded the W.G. vote at City Council Zoning Meeting.
Rich Forney, Member of the W.G. Focus Group
Lee J. Pivonka, Member of the Colorado Health, Environment, Hazardous Material and Waste Management Dept (and possibly Marilyn Null (CDPHE) will be joining Lee Pivonka)

The W.G. Club and HB6B are pleased to further the discussion on this important community issue.  Although the controversial zoning was approved by the City Council, there are many environmental issues, traffic concerns and other worrisome proposals still in the air.  A huge majority of the local neighborhood organizations opposed this zoning application and now have outstanding issues with the development and its oversight.  Come and hear from some of the primary participants in the on-going concerns.
