Central Committee members who cannot attend the September 30 Central Committee Meeting should download the attached Proxy Form.  Please fill it out completely, sign it, and ensure that whoever you deisgnate to carry it for you brings it to the Central Committee Meeting.

You may designate someone to carry your proxy and vote for you at the meeting as long as your designee is a registered Democratic in the same sub-district that you are registered in.
