House District 5B Meeting - CANCELLED

Our August meeting has been canceled as we won't have access to the Beauvallon community room.  My apologies for any inconvenience.  But, we have two really great meetings coming up for September and October.  The September meeting will be held at the Beauvallon at 6:30pm and Amber Callender, Executive Director of Denver's Road Home will be joining us.  I am hoping the President of Colorado Coalition for the Homeless will be able to join us too.  For the October meeting, we are in the process of putting together a forum for the DPS School Board Candidates.  More info to come.  

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.  Also, I would love to hear from those of you who have not been attending meetings.  Are the days, times, location inconvenient?  What are the barriers to you making the meetings?  We would love to see good turn out consistently so if you have any suggestions to increase attendance, it would be greatly appreciated!
