An informal, inclusive progressive social group. Raise your spirits while you raise your glass, and share ideas while you share a pitcher. Drinking Liberally gives like-minded, left-leaning individuals a place to talk politics. You don't need to be a policy expert and this isn't a book club - just come and learn from peers, trade jokes, vent frustration and hang out in an environment where it's not taboo to talk politics.

First timers receive a DL button good for happy hour prices all night.

Note: While Drinking Liberally Denver is not a part of the Democratic Party, many Dems are regulars.

Cheers,

NEW LOCATION!!

Why the change? The Skylark is still a great place and we wish them well. But, after 3 years, it was time for something new.  If you remember, we spent about that length of time at our first bar.   Getting to the Highland Tavern isn't difficult once you realize I-25 cuts off a bunch of streets a few blocks south.  38th Ave to Navajo works well. 20th Street works, but that's where the streets get screwy. If you take Speer, go north on Zuni and then you'll have to go east a bit. Better check a map. As before, first timers get their Drinking Liberally button good for drink specials all night. From now on Drinking Liberally Denver is:
2nd and 4th Wednesdays

Highland Tavern
3400 Navajo
7pm onward
