Caucus Agenda
For a Non-Presidential Year
 
March 16, 2010
                  1.      6:00 pm - Check-in and determine eligibility of participants.
2.      7:00 pm - Call the meeting to order and read caucus rules aloud (Site Coordinator).
            BREAK INTO INDIVIDUAL PRECINCT CAUCUSES
            3.      Select Caucus Chair and Secretary.
4.      Pass the Buck Bag and read Buck Bag “ask.”
5.      Take any desired straw polls. Take a preference poll on the U.S. Senate race for Assembly delegates. (Fill out vote sheet and give to site coordinator to call in to HQ).
6.      Elect delegates and alternates to County Assembly.
7.      Elect two Precinct Committee People.
8.      Announce the Election Judge sign-up website: www.denvervotes.org.
9.      Review the proposed platform, introduce/discuss/adopt any further resolutions and vote on the platform.
10. Other business or announcements.
11. Adjourn. (By 9 p.m.)
